simplEvitations is a new and innovative service replacing the high stress wedding invitation process with a convenient and ELEGANT alternative or an outstanding supplement. This process is so simple taking less than a day with elegance completed in just a few clicks.

Our mission is to ensure that each bride is completely satisfied with the simplicity of this process without compromising elegance and good taste at a fraction of the cost of traditional wedding invitations.

  • Convenient for guests - As an example, a guest will receive an email stating You are invited to the wedding in honor of The guest would then click on the link directing them to the invitation site. The invitation will have an option to RSVP and a link guiding them directly to the couples wedding registry. Very convenient!
  • More reliable - If an invitation is sent to the wrong address, you usually dont find out about it for weeks. An email will immediately indicate whether the invitation has been delivered correctly or not. If it has not, you receive a failure of delivery. No more wasted postage.
  • Send announcements to ALL your loved ones! With our packages, you can send up to 2000 announcements/invitations. Every friend and loved one can receive this elegant display of the couples love. Our packages are based on time, not quantity.
  • Track gift registry - From our site there will be a gift registry link. The couple will be able to update and maintain their registry as often as desired. Any guest will also have the capability to review the registry and purchase gifts as desired.
  • Track RSVPs - Guests can view events from the invitation and respond right there with attending or regrets. Each couple can access their account and view a detailed list of RSVPs along with food choices if offered.
  • Send Thank Yous - Couples can access their account after their incredible wedding day to send a thank you note to each guest on their list. Simply Convenient!

How do I use simplEvitations?

View our various sample invitations to get an idea of what you want your ELEGANT invitation to look like.

Click on Sign Up. Create your account with a log in ID, password, and email address.

Click on Create Invitation. Choose your theme. Choose your music or download your song. Add all the detailed information for your wedding. Now just scroll down and add your text lines with your personal story to the background images. Then add your personal images.

You can preview and change your invitation as many times as you wish. When you are ready, click Buy Invitation. You will be directed to PayPal to complete your purchase.

At this point you will be able to access all of simplEvitations convenient options! Manage Events, Manage Gift Registries, Manage Invitation List, Thank You Email, View RSVPs. Details for each category are below.

ELEGANCE - a click above the rest! As you can see, your invitation is completed in just a few clicks and on its way to all your friends and loved ones.

Your friends and loved ones will receive an email inviting them to click the link to your invitation. They click and are quickly viewing your personalized invitation filled with all the emotion you and your groom want to convey!

Do I need a PayPal account?

NO. Paypal has an option to purchase using a credit card without having to open a Paypal account. They accept most credit cards.

How do the 3, 6, and 12 month packages work?

Once you create and send your invitation, we will host or allow access to your invitation by your guests and access for the Bride & Groom to their account for the purchased package timeframe.

How many images can I upload?

Currently, you can upload 7 images that will be displayed alternating between 5 themed images where your personal text message is displayed. We're working so that soon, youll be able to upload up to 25 personal images.

Can I upload my own music?

simplEvitations.com uses ASCAP, the American Society for Composers, Authors, and Publishers for general copyright licensing. You can upload your own music if you own the license to it or if it is in the ASCAP database (http://www.ascap.com/ace/search.cfm?mode=search). If we find that any music loaded on simplEvitations.com is not in said database or is in violation of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to immediately remove the music and notify the user of its removal.

How do I include a map to my event location?

Simply include an image of your map as one of your personal images.

Will you be adding more designs?

Of course! Our goal is to make certain each Bride is completely satisfied. We will be continually revising, improving, and adding to your options creating the most ELEGANT invitation possible. Visit us often to see these new options.

Can I edit my account?

Yes. You can edit and add to your guest list, add events, add gift registries and send additional invitations at any time.

What is an event?

An event can be an announcement, reception invitation, wedding ceremony invitation, rehearsal dinner, wedding breakfast/luncheon, virtually any event associated with your day! Each event will have a place for all the details such as date, time, location, etc. This way you can download your entire address book. You will be able to click individually which guest is invited to each event.

How do the RSVPs work?

Don't go without this amazing option! When your guest views your ELEGANT and breathtaking invitation they will see all the events that they are invited to underneath the invitation window. They will be able to click attending or regrets right there, even food options if applicable. They will also be able to send you comments. You will have access to a detailed RSVP list in your account throughout your package timeframe.

How many guests can I invite?

Currently, you can send up to 2000 invitations. We wanted each Bride & Groom to be able to send an announcement or invitation to all their loved ones and friends. You can create separate events and choose whom to invite to each event. Its awesome!

How do the gift registries work?

After you create your invitation, you will able to add all of your gift registry links. Your guests will see these links below the invitation window and will be able to access these links right there. Convenient for you, and for all your guests!

How does the Thank You option work?

Another option you cant do without! Once your incredible wedding day has passed and you are ready to send all the thank you cards, simply log back onto your account and send them right from your guest list. Simple and convenient at such a minimal cost.
